Guangzhou's Twisting "Slim Waist" Tower — the City's Most Recognizable Landmark
I'm Hesham, living in China since 2019. Canton Tower, which locals sometimes call the "Slim Waist" for its distinctive twisting shape, is one of the clearest landmarks in the city and visible from a long distance along the Pearl River. It has several observation decks at different heights, plus a glass Bubble Tram experience that circles the top of the tower.
