These are my actual per-vehicle, per-day rates (8-hour standard duration):

• Family van (1-7 people): ¥1,199/day

Airport Pickup and Extra Hours

Does the Driver Speak Arabic?

Important question, and I'll be straight with you: the drivers are local Chinese, they know the city and the shortcuts well and speak basic English, and they carry a translation device with them — but they aren't Arabic speakers. I'm personally online with you on WhatsApp all day for any translation or coordination you need in the moment, so you're never actually on your own even when the driver himself can't follow Arabic directly.

When Does a Private Driver Actually Beat DiDi or a Taxi?

If your day has multiple stops (say, the Great Wall plus the Summer Palace in the same day), you're traveling with family and a lot of luggage, or you're arriving late at night when taxis are hard to find, a private driver saves you far more time and stress than the price difference over several separate taxi rides. For a short trip to one point inside the city, DiDi or a regular taxi is enough and cheaper.
