An excellent Uyghur experience in Shanghai! A Uyghur restaurant chain with beautiful décor and authentic Xinjiang food. Excellent grilled meats, pilaf rice (polo), and hand-pulled lagman noodles. Uyghurs are Muslims and food is halal. Different but delicious.
