Two weeks to two months depending on product type and shipping method. Sourcing and negotiation (1-2 weeks), production (2-4 weeks), sea freight (4-5 weeks) or air freight (1 week).
Absolutely! We organize complete business trips including factory and market visits with an accompanying translator. This option is ideal for traders who want to see products and negotiate directly.
Pre-shipment inspection is a separate, optional service starting from $249 — if you book it, we check the goods before shipping and reject anything that doesn't meet spec. Without it, inspection is on you or the supplier. If defective goods still arrive, we negotiate with the supplier for compensation or replacement where possible.
I handle transferring the payment to the supplier on your behalf, so you're not sending money directly to someone you don't know in China — you transfer the amount to me via bank transfer, PayPal, or Western Union, and I pay the supplier in Chinese currency. This is a direct arrangement between us, not a bank guarantee or escrow service, so we agree on every detail and amount in writing before any transfer.
If you already have a trusted supplier and an ongoing relationship with them, you don't need this service -- it's built for initial verification and discovering new suppliers, not managing a relationship you already trust.
