Booking and payment policy:

• All bookings require written confirmation via email or WhatsApp

• A deposit is required to confirm your booking (percentage varies by service type)

• Remaining balance is due before or at the start of service as agreed

• We accept payment via bank transfer, WeChat Pay, Alipay, or cash

• All prices are in USD or CNY as agreed

Note: Prices shown on the website are approximate and subject to change based on final details.

Cancellation policy:

• Cancellation 7+ days before: 80% refund

• Cancellation 3-6 days before: 50% refund

• Cancellation less than 3 days before: No refund

• No-show: No refund

Exceptional circumstances:

• In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, government closures, etc.), services will be rescheduled or fully refunded

• Cancellation policies may vary for special services - you will be informed at booking
